In my travels, I collect urban wall art imagery
Photography
Observed and captured by Micro Museum co-founder and director Kathleen Laziza, in her Brooklyn and NYC neighbourhood, these often naturally occurring, sometimes tampered with, and no-doubt always spontaneous mosaics, represent a snapshot into urban culture beyond the choreographed. Colour, pattern and image play in ways an ad-exec or design studio seldom explore (unless you’re David Carson, of course)

The Micro Museum site is well worth exploring in its fullness.
This alt-art organisation is an underground Brooklyn and NYC institution and has acted as an art and performance gallery, as well as a local community space since its inception in 1986.
